ATL118BA Single 18" Active Subwoofer

APPLICATIONS:

For the powered ATEC series we partnered with one of the world's leading amplifier manufacturers to create a high powered active double 18" subwoofer using the most efficient Class D amplifier design and the very latest high-current Switch-Mode Power Supply technology.

The ATL118BA is designed to be flown in AT208A line array systems, and features extremely high quality cabinets made from Baltic birch plywood. Because we design and build our products in our own manufacturing facility in China, you can be assured of our commitment to producing an extremely high quality product.

Furthermore, our in-house R&D centre is also home to an impressive measurement and testing lab where we rigorously check every product for sonic quality, safety of rigging systems, exposure to dust and moisture, and electronic safety and emissions. We stand by the quality of our products, we build them right, and we build them to go the distance.

FEATURES:
- Powerful 900 W subwoofer, featuring a single 18" driver with a 100 mm (4") dual layer voice coil, providing more surface area for strength and durability.
- Precision-made 15-ply 24 mm and 11-ply 18 mm Baltic birch plywood cabinet, with a durable paint finish for touring and rental use.
- Optimized cabinet structure designed to reduce unwanted resonances and airflow noise.
- Band-pass subwoofer enclosure.
- Low frequency extends down to 30 Hz (@ -10dB).
- Built-in Class D amplifier designed in Europe.
- Ethernet port for network access from a PC/Mac to make critical and remote DSP adjustments.
- The LF driver features a humidity resistant cone.
- The integrated rigging system has a 7:1 safety coefficient.
- Designed for touring, outdoor concerts, stadiums, fixed installation and for all demanding sound reinforcement applications.
- Designed to be flown in ATEC AT208A Line Array s.
- Recommended for ground stacking with all ATEC and Novo Line Array s, AR Curve Array s, FP and all full-range speaker systems.
